Terms & Conditions

Delivery Policy:

All orders for stock label products will be despatched on a next day service providing that we receive and process your order by 12:00; the item is in stock; and delivery is to mainland UK.

All orders that need to be palletised will be sent on a 3-5 day service to mainland UK customers.

All prices quoted for Mainland UK include carriage unless otherwise stated.

Please contact us for overseas carriage charges and delivery schedules.

Whilst we will use our best endeavours to adhere to any time stated for delivery, any dates quoted for delivery are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any delay howsoever caused.

All prices are subject to VAT.

Returns Policy:

In the unlikely event you are not entirely happy with your stock product purchase you can return it to us.

If your order was for specially printed items, it can only be returned subject to the full EACS Ltd Terms of Business.

Please contact returns@pickitpackit.co.uk with the reason for the return and we will arrange a Returns Authorisation Number. We must insist that you return the goods within 7 days of receiving them. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

The returned goods must be in sealed boxes and perfect condition when they arrive back with us. Once the goods have been inspected and we are satisfied with their condition, we will issue a full refund excluding outgoing carriage costs. Please let us know if you prefer replacement goods.

Printed Items:

Goods which are printed to your order will be subject to the following additional provisions:-

  1. Printers conditions with regard to quantity variations shall apply, but you will not be required to accept quantities which are 10% more or less than the amounts ordered;
  2. Where proofs are submitted for your approval, you are responsible for ensuring that all errors are corrected. Additional charges may be made if you fail to do so, or if further proofs are required. If you do not specify the style, typeface or layout, additional charges may also be made if you require changes. Proofs must be approved by returning the original or copy to us by post or fax;
  3. If you require expedited delivery of goods printed to your order without approving a proof, you will be liable to pay the full price for the goods, notwithstanding that errors may occur;
  4. You will indemnify us in respect of any claims, costs and expenses we may incur, arising as a result of any infringement of copyright, patent, design or other intellectual property right, or as a result of the publication of any said libellous or illegal material.

Cancellation of Order:

You are free to cancel your order for stock products as long as it is by 12:00 on the day of despatch.

You must cancel your order by email, and the order can only be considered cancelled once you have received a confirmation email back from us as an acknowledgement.

Back Orders:

If your order is not in stock, you will be informed by return email, along with an estimated time of delivery. If you prefer not to wait, you are entitled to cancel your order which you must also do by email.
